Dreams Lux Hair Collection – Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We only accept exchanges or replacements if:
• The wrong item was sent, or
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and videos of the product in its original condition and packaging.
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging to be eligible for review.
